Track My Order

Looking to track your order? Once the order ships out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from support@woodmonts.com along with the tracking number. Read below how to track your package.

 

Please note some shipping times get delayed due to the pandemic and shipping delays that are out of our control. We generally see 4-10 day shipping times. We are trying everything we can to get you your package as quickly as possible!

 

If you have any questions, please email us at support@woodmonts.com. We generally respond within 24 hours.

 

1) Go to http://www.parcelsapp.com/en and paste the tracking number that was sent to your email upon confirmation.

 

2) Click the "Track Package" button and wait for the website to display your tracking info. Scroll down to see your shipping details. 

 

If there are no updates, please give it 24 hours and try again before reaching out to us for additional help!
